Please remove protective film from the acrylic pieces. This film protects the material from scratching during the manufacturing and shipping.
Our prices do not include customs fees. The fees could vary depending on the country, please contact your customs department prior to ordering. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We cannot change customs declarations or amounts. Thank you for understanding.
No worries. Please email to info@gamingtrunk.com with the description of a problem and attach a picture of the broken part. We replace up to 10% of the organizer parts for free but we will have to charge you for shipping.
In our experience shipping time is approximately 4-12 weeks from Canada to Europe, Asia and Australia by surface mail and 1-2 weeks by air mail . Sometimes parcel can stuck in customs and it can take additional time (up to 12 weeks). We do our best to ship your order as soon as we can but we cannot make postal and custom services work faster.
