We do offer local pickup for the Winnipeg area (Canada, MB). Checkout on our website as usual, and if you are in this area, you will be offered free pickup as an option.
Please don’t forget to peel off the protective film from the acrylic pieces. This film protects the material from scratching and burning during manufacturing.
Our prices do not include customs fees. The fees could vary depending on country, please contact your customs department prior to ordering. We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We cannot change customs declarations or amounts. Thank you for understanding.
No worries. Please email to email@example.com with description of a problem and attach picture of broken part. The piece will be replaced for free but we will have to charge you for shipping.
In our experience shipping time is approximately 4-8 weeks from Canada to Europe, Asia and Australia via surface mail. Sometimes parcel can stuck in customs and it can take additional time (up to 12 weeks). We do our best to ship your order as soon as we can but we cannot make postal and custom services work faster.
